How do I assign a dallas key?

Dallas keys are assigned to those users who have been assigned a front of house job role.

Select the required employee from the list
Attach the dallas key to the reader | click Read
- The key should then be assigned
Perform a Send to POS to update terminals with the new key assigned

How do I change a PIN number for an operator / employee?

PIN numbers are assigned to those users who have been assigned a front of house job role.

Select the required employee from the list
Click Change next to the PIN number option
Enter the New PIN and Repeat

Zonal recommends the POS operator enters the new PIN number themselves to keep the system secure
Click Save
Perform a Send to POS to update terminals with the new key assigned
